CUSTOM ENAMEL MANUFACTURING
Custom lapel pins for corporate events.
Develop your event identity as a custom enamel pin for a corporate conference, company gathering or product launch. Plan the artwork, quantities per version and presentation with our factory.
Illustrative custom concept, not a stock item or a customer case. Final specifications are agreed for your project.
02 / PRODUCT DETAILS
A small format. Several important decisions.
The ticket-shaped concept uses a clear event name, a simple symbol and a defined metal outline. Your artwork determines the final shape and size; the concept is a starting point for discussion.
The illustrated fixing and packaging are examples, not a standard specification for every order.
03 / ARTWORK
One event identity. Clearly defined versions.
Custom logo pins for corporate events start with the approved event identity. Supply the event name, logo files and any date or partner marks you want included. We review their arrangement at the proposed pin size before the artwork is finalised.

Product launch events
For custom pins for product launch events, decide which identity belongs on the pin: the company, the new product or the launch graphic. Share the approved artwork and launch timing so the project scope can be reviewed together.
Your artwork, or a direction to develop
For OEM projects, we develop your supplied artwork into a manufacturing specification. For ODM projects, we can develop an original direction or adapt an existing design direction to your brief. The final artwork, scope and approval stages are agreed for the project.
04 / ENAMEL AND METAL
Choose the surface around the artwork.
The enamel surface and metal outline change how the event name and symbol read. Review them together, using the same artwork and agreed colour references.

Soft enamel
Raised metal lines sit above recessed colour areas. Review the separation around letters, the sun symbol and the ticket outline when assessing this surface.

Hard enamel
The face is polished to bring the colour and metal into a flatter surface. Review the artwork details and finish together before selecting this option.
METAL FINISH OPTIONS

Gold-tone appearance
The warm appearance shown in this concept contrasts with the orange enamel. Confirm the actual finish during specification and sample review.

Silver-tone appearance
A lighter metal appearance offers a different contrast with the event palette. Assess it against your brand references.

Dark metal appearance
A darker outline can change the emphasis of the lettering and colour areas. Its suitability and process must be reviewed with the artwork.
Illustrative surfaces and metal appearances. Availability, process and final appearance are confirmed for the project.
05 / PRESENTATION
Review the pin and the handover together.
The pin may be handed out at registration, included in an event pack or presented to a partner. Define the supplied form alongside the product, so the artwork and packing information refer to the same versions.

SAMPLE REVIEW
An artwork proof confirms the drawing; physical sample review addresses the agreed product and presentation details. Sampling scope and any associated costs are discussed before that stage.
06 / FACTORY
From tooling to packing. In our own factory.
Green Frog Supply is operated by HANGZHOU FORTHRIGHT TRADE CO., LTD in Hangzhou, China. Our factory carries out tooling, metal forming, colouring, polishing, plating, assembly, inspection and packing in-house.
For an event pin project, the agreed drawing, version list and packing brief define the product to be made. Review these documents together before production arrangements are confirmed.

07 / PRODUCTION
How your event artwork becomes a pin.
The selected material, enamel and finish determine the manufacturing route. These operations explain our scope; they are not one universal production sequence.

01 / Tooling
Define the ticket outline, event lettering and divisions between colour areas from the approved drawing.

02 / Metal forming
Establish the metal shape and check the formed details against the specification.

03 / Colouring
Apply the colour references for the relevant artwork version.

04 / Polishing
Refine the required surfaces while considering the selected soft or hard enamel route.

05 / Plating
Apply the finish specified for that design; review it with the enamel colours.

06 / Assembly
Fit the agreed attachment in the specified position and orientation.

07 / Inspection
Review visible artwork, finish, fitting and version identification against the agreed reference.

08 / Packing
Prepare the agreed presentation and quantities for each packing group.

Soft enamel route
Raised metal and recessed colour are part of the intended surface.

Hard enamel route
The filled face is polished for a flatter colour-and-metal surface.
Process order and review points are confirmed for the chosen specification. AI process illustrations, not photographs of this product being manufactured.
08 / COOPERATION

09 / FAQ
Planning an event pin order?
Questions about artwork, versions, presentation and timing for a corporate event programme.

What should I include when requesting corporate event pins?
Send the event name and purpose, your artwork or idea, the quantity required for each design, the delivery destination and target arrival date. Include any fixing or packaging requirements and identify the person responsible for artwork approval. If details are still open, mark them as undecided so we can review the scope without treating assumptions as specifications.
Can you work from our event logo, or develop a new direction?
Both approaches are supported. For OEM work, supply the approved event artwork and brand references. For ODM work, share the event brief so we can develop an original direction or adapt an existing design direction. In either case, the pin artwork and production specification need approval before the project moves forward.
Can one event have different pin versions?
Yes. A project can include distinct designs or colour versions for different parts of the programme. Provide a version list showing the artwork reference, quantity and packing requirement for each one. Differences in tooling, colour, finish or presentation are reviewed individually when defining the quotation and production scope; several versions are not automatically treated as one design.
How do we check whether the event name and date will be readable?
Review the lettering in a drawing at the proposed finished size, together with its metal divisions and surrounding colour areas. Fine text or crowded artwork may require a simpler layout or a different size. Approve the exact spelling and date separately from the overall visual impression, and include those details in the agreed sample review.
Should we choose soft or hard enamel for an event pin?
Choose based on the artwork and surface you want. Soft enamel has raised metal lines and recessed colour; hard enamel is polished to a flatter face. Lettering, colour areas, outline detail and the selected metal finish all affect the decision. We review these elements together rather than assuming one process is right for every event design.
How is the fixing chosen for a wide ticket-shaped pin?
The fixing and its position should be reviewed with the pin's dimensions, weight and intended wearing position. A reverse illustration shows a concept, not a guaranteed fitting specification. Confirm the required attachment and orientation in the drawing, then include the agreed fixing details in sample review. We do not assume one attachment arrangement suits every design.
Can the pins be packed for event registration or different groups?
Yes, packing can be planned as part of the project. Tell us whether you need individual protection, a backing card, a box or grouping by artwork version. Supply the packing artwork and quantity breakdown where relevant. Confirm the final supplied form and packing instructions alongside the pin specification; the presentation shown on this page is illustrative.
What are the minimum order quantity and sampling costs?
These are confirmed for the proposed design and quantity per version. Share the number of designs, enamel and finish preferences, fixing and packaging requirements so we can assess the scope. Sample arrangements and any related costs are discussed before sampling. We do not publish a single minimum or sample price that would imply it applies to every event project.
Can you deliver before our event date?
Share the date the goods must arrive, the destination and your artwork approval status at the first enquiry. The schedule needs to allow for specification, any sampling and revisions, production, packing and shipment. We assess feasibility for the actual scope before agreeing timing. A requested event date is not automatically a confirmed delivery commitment or an express-order service.
Can we update the design for the next event or reorder later?
Send the previous project reference together with the changes required, such as the event name, year, colours, quantities or packing. The design and current production requirements must be reviewed again before a new order is confirmed. Do not assume previous tooling, specifications, prices or timing will apply unchanged to a later event.
