Green Frog Supply
Know the business behind the product.
Green Frog Supply is operated by HANGZHOU FORTHRIGHT TRADE CO., LTD in Hangzhou, China.
We make custom enamel products and discuss the complete supplied form, from the metal body to its attachments and packaging.
Start with your artwork for OEM, develop an original idea through ODM, or adapt an existing design direction. Each route needs a clear product specification and supply scope.

Eight work areas, explained
Design into detail.

01Tooling
The artwork, outline, metal divisions and construction inform the tooling discussion. The aim is to carry the agreed design into a manufacturable metal form.
fine lettering, colour boundaries, edge detail and the tooling scope. Tooling costs, ownership and storage arrangements are confirmed for the project.

02Enamel colouring
Colour is applied within the design’s metal boundaries according to the chosen enamel process. The colour reference and the size of each area matter as much as the overall palette.
colour references, small fill areas and adjacent colours. A screen image does not replace a physical sample discussion.
From sheet to shape
Structure into assembly.

03Metal forming
The metal body establishes the outline and physical construction. The design and agreed manufacturing route determine how it is formed and prepared for later work.
the outline, thickness direction, edge, hanging interface and reverse. Dimensions and tolerances are discussed for the product, not assumed from an illustration.

04Assembly
The body is combined with the agreed fittings and supplied parts. A pin back, a keychain connection, a medal suspension and a charm interface each need their own structural review.
what is supplied, how it connects and how the complete item will be used.
Surface & finish
Surface into finish.

05Polishing
Surface and edge treatment follow the selected enamel and finish. A recessed soft-enamel surface and a flush hard-enamel surface do not call for one universal sequence.
surface character, edge treatment and detail retention. The route is defined around the agreed product.

06Electroplating
The metal appearance is specified together with the colour and surface requirements. Its place in the manufacturing route depends on the chosen process and finish.
metal colour, gloss and visible faces. Any special finish or testing requirement needs to be stated and assessed.
Review & packing
Review into delivery preparation.

07Inspection
Appearance, dimensions, structure, fittings and included components are discussed against the project reference. Your purchasing requirements help define what needs attention.
the checks and supporting information needed for the project. No blanket inspection frequency, test value or acceptance rate is implied.

08Packing
The correct product versions and quantity units must stay connected to the agreed presentation and protection. A single item and a complete set are different supply units.
pieces or sets, backing-card orientation, version separation, protection and outer-packing requirements.
These editorial pairings explain work areas, not one fixed production order.
Production handovers
How the work moves between stages.
The route connects product decisions with practical handovers. The sequence is defined for the product, enamel process and finish; it is not one universal production recipe.
Step 01
Design reference
Start with the outline, structure, colour direction and supplied form.

the artwork reference and the specifications still to confirm.
Step 02
Tooling & metal body
Translate the agreed design into tooling and a metal body suited to the chosen construction.

the product outline and structural features to review.
Step 03
Enamel & finishing route
Define the enamel surface and metal appearance together. Colouring, polishing and plating follow the selected route.

the colour and surface reference for this product.
Step 04
Fittings & assembly
Connect the product body to its agreed fittings and included parts.

the complete assembly and the defined supplied scope.
Step 05
Review against the reference
Discuss appearance, dimensions, components and relevant project requirements.

Factory questions, answered.
Here are answers to common questions about our factory, working process and production arrangements. This information helps your team plan the next steps.

01FactoryWho operates Green Frog Supply, and where is the factory based?
Green Frog Supply is operated by HANGZHOU FORTHRIGHT TRADE CO., LTD in Hangzhou, China. We have our own factory for custom enamel product projects. Our company identity and the work carried out in-house are listed separately so your purchasing team can identify the business and review the scope relevant to your project.
02FactoryWhich manufacturing activities are completed in your own factory?
Tooling, metal forming, enamel colouring, polishing, electroplating, assembly, inspection and packing are carried out in our own factory. These activities do not form one fixed route for every product. The construction, enamel process, finish, attachments and supplied form determine which steps apply and how they are arranged.
03FactoryCan our team arrange an in-person factory visit?
Yes. We support factory visits by prior appointment. Share your company, product interests, review purpose, preferred dates and participants so we can agree the arrangements and work areas to discuss. Please confirm the appointment and visit details with us before making travel arrangements.
04FactoryCan we review the factory by video instead of travelling?
Yes. A video factory review can be arranged in advance. Tell us your time zone, preferred times and the work areas or product questions you want to cover. We will confirm the meeting arrangements and scope with you; the session should be planned around your purchasing review rather than treated as an unrestricted live view of all factory activity.
05ReviewCan you provide factory and quality documents for supplier approval?
Yes. Factory and quality information can be provided on a project basis. Send the document list and review requirements used by your purchasing team, together with the relevant product and destination market. The specific materials to be shared are confirmed for the project. This does not imply that an unlisted certificate, test report or third-party approval is available.
06CooperationHow do we start working with the factory?
Begin with your business details, product type, intended use, artwork or idea, estimated quantity per design and target timing. We then discuss the product specification, quotation scope and the next review step. You can identify unresolved points instead of supplying guessed specifications. OEM, original ODM development and adaptation of an existing direction have different starting inputs.
07CooperationWhat should we review before production is arranged?
Review the design version, dimensions, enamel appearance, colour reference, metal finish, reverse or hanging structure, attachments and supplied packaging. Sampling needs and any revisions should be discussed together with these details. The agreed reference, production scope and remaining questions need to be clear before production arrangements are confirmed.
08ProductionDo soft and hard enamel products follow the same production sequence?
Not necessarily. Soft enamel has recessed colour areas between raised metal divisions, while hard enamel has a flush, polished surface. Colouring, polishing and plating are arranged around the selected process and finish. The production explanation on this page introduces the main stages; the route for your design is defined through the project specification.
09ReviewAre the factory pictures on this page photographs of your premises?
No. The current workshop and process images are clearly labelled AI-generated illustrations. They explain the work areas and project discussions and will be replaced with actual factory photographs. They are not evidence of our premises, equipment, staff numbers or capacity. For a supplier review, request the relevant information or arrange a visit or video session with us.
10ProductionHow are quantity, timing and packing requirements confirmed?
Share quantities by design or version, specify whether the quantity refers to individual pieces or complete sets, and describe your target timing and packing needs. Product complexity, finish, fittings, sampling and the supplied arrangement all affect the discussion. Quantity requirements, schedule, packing and dispatch details are confirmed for the project, rather than promised as one rule for all products.
